Note that part of our service is sharing (past) work and best practice between schools to optimise value to each school. If you don’t want general information shared, of have reservations about us sharing particular information, ways of working or otherwise, please let us know immediately so we can come to an agreement and have a clear mutual understanding.

– All school data is only stored on encrypted storage media.
– Passwords / access details are stored with two-factor encryption.

– Each consultancy is invoiced in 10 minute increments, rounded down.
– Payment term is within 14 days and by electronic transfer.
– Pre-paid consultancy must be used within 365 days, unless otherwise specified

– A summary of activities is provided for each consultancy period.
– We discount greenfield (to us) projects, to ensure value to you.
– Free phone/email support for all schools/clients with an ongoing consultancy arrangement.
